While I’m on the Vimeo embeds - “Burn Energy Drink” have put out this mini-documentary about producer and MPC wizard Araabmuzik, whose album of fucked up dance music “Electronic Dream” I’ve been mostly enjoying (some of the sampled synths and vocals are a bit too trance for me) a lot. Skip ahead to 3.30 to see a great live performance bit complete with arty lightshow.
Recent Drake latenightsexyregret jam “Marvin’s Room” gets a suitably faded smeary sad video.
No idea why the video edit incorporates part of a Chopped’n’Screwed version for all of 30 seconds, but still. This whole thing is atmospheric as fuck.

This is awesome. You can actually see video of what I assume is the full length interview right here too. James Murphy is easily one of my favourite interviewees, I could happily listen to that guy talk forever.
