It’s good to know there’s a floor on this
Having been miserable all day, I finally worked up the… whatever to leave my room and wash, only to find there’s no working light in the bathroom. Or much in the way of hot water.
So I’m having a cold shower in the dark and I realise I have “No Surprises” stuck in my head and the whole thing feels so much like the Hitting Emotional Bottom scene from a bad inspiring-recovery-drama that I burst out laughing. And now I feel just a little bit better about absolutely everything.
DOOP, DOOP, DOOP, DOOP, DOOP, DOOP, BA-DOOP-A-DOOP-A-DOOP-A-DOOP-A, DOOP DOOP. Jesus christ.
